Pilarcita's Stories

"I fell in love the The Young Riders on September 20th, 1989, when Kid gasped and Lou asked him if he'd ever seen a girl before. I grew up watching westerns with my Dad, but this was the first one I could really envision myself as one of the main characters.
I cried like a baby when 'Til Death Do Us Part aired, ending the series. Then I 'grew up', got married, got a career as a journalist and teacher, and had a kid of my own.
That was until the summer of 2011 when I stumbled across TYR on Netflix and discovered, to my ever-loving joy, that all three seasons were available! Once again I was lost to my teenage obsession and fantasies. Now a seasoned writer, I no longer had to leave the ending up to the show creators. I could re-write it to my own satisfaction. That led me to the Ranch and Fan Fiction bliss." =)
